Our Pioneer Podcasters
our 9/10 readers (from left) Wei Qi, Winnie and Eugenia using podcasting technology in oral reading. Captured reading can be accessed in English module in Moodle for registered members only.

Podcasts enable students and teachers to share information with anyone anytime. If a student is absent, he or she can download the podcast of the recorded lesson. Teachers may also create podcasts to be used as a preparation tool for students. This would be pedagogically equivalent to having students read a text before a lesson. It can be a tool for teachers or administrators to communicate curriculum, assignments and other information with parents and the community. Teachers can record book talks, vocabulary or foreign language lessons, international pen pal letters (podcast pals!), music performance, interviews, debates. Podcasting can be a publishing tool for student oral presentations.

Flickr Activated

ProjectBlogo is now linked to mrda13@flickr.com . This means postings can be done through flickr (after upload of photo) and then be reflected to Blogger.
The previous method was to upload to Blogger but images are difficult to archive and access. Besides I also noticed that photos from flickr appears in a larger layout as compared to directly uploading to Blogger.
One more miilestone for ProjectBlogo and 3 cheers for Flickr! :)

Happy 3rd Anniversary ProjectBlogo!
the 1st banner of ProjectBlogo showcasing the wonderful pupils of P5E 2006 (my design skills were still pretty bad) over the years, there have been much improvement to my designing skills. Designs would always be featuring my current batch of pupils
ProjectBlogo has been a site about.... well... everything. From links to teaching resources, reports on school events, exemplary work and such and such. But one feature that stands out above the rest is that italso serves as a time capsule; - documenting the trials and tribulations of my pupils and myself as we grow through the years.
Throughout this time I've learnt how Blogger works and what it is capable of and I still think there's more of what this blog has to offer. Anyway, thanks for the patronage and always remember to keep the dream alive :)
