the bird park was interesting especially the bird feeding.the aviary was filled with many different kinds of birds.since i dont have the money to feed the birds i went to find some feathers on the floor but lady luck wasnt on my side i didnt find any.but i am glad just to see and remember our fellow feathered birds they are small birds with green,black,golden,red. i had a good time at the jurong bird park!
ReplyDeleteIt is so exciting ,i get to feed at least a total of 10-15 parrots.i get to scare Amanda Low by carrying a parrot towards her. Mr DAnny keeps on taking pictures of us, i am also happy that my mother gets to come along with me as a parent volunteer.When my class went to a place of royal birds , 1 of it keeps on following us ,i chase after it and get to touch it while chasing it.When we meet the rheas i use my pen and shake it infront of them ,they follow it and a smart one almost bite it ,luckily i move the pen away , that was close. I HOPE I COULD GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteIt was my interesting day i ever had.i went to visit jurong bird park to look at all diffrent kinds of birds that cannot fly.Afther looking at all the bird that cannot fly,when went to the place where we can feed the parrots and thats is my best part i like.i even feed the parrots with 3 cups of food for them.next,we went in to the place where we can see a bird that is looks like a pegent.
ReplyDeleteOn the way to the Bird Park, I accindentally fell asleep in the bus. Lots of my friends took pictures of me when i slept. Perverts!! Anyway, when I reached the bird park, I was happy and cheerful. After a few journeys, we as in the class, went to the Lorry loft. It was quite noisy as i fed the parrots. One of them landed on my shoulder and drank the food i was holding. But A lot of them fought. Next, we went to the 'Royal Pigeon' closure. All of them are blue in color. My favorite color. Most them were sleeping but a few went out of their closures and went to other places. It was quite troblesome actually. After the drama of the pigeons, we went to the owl closure. I drew sketches of them cuz' i don't have a camera with me. It was fun. But after the trip, I was so totally crazy for water. But i was fasting. So I slept at the bus again. More boys took more pictures of me. PERVERTS!!!!!
ReplyDeleteAn interseting story.When i was at the ostrich lair,one of the ostrich took my green pen and drop on the ground.I called the ostrich a pea-brain,and aske it to give it back .So my favourite green pen is now a sourviene for the ostrich.When we arrive near a telephone stand,i trick kai xiang in it,and i and gee hao lock him up for 5 minutes.
ReplyDeletesomeone accident dropped a pink pen over the bird fence and the bird try to bite into small pieces and eat as the other did but the bird try and try but it is too hard , and gave up biting . i was shocked to saw this accident.
ReplyDeleteThe a accident was that many bird come from the fence and almost runing away because but the went to the fence . i was afraided too because that i will harmed the bird.
The interesting thing that happen was when we visit this enclose area. Inside was this bird with feathers on its head. They were enclose with wires. Then when I was walking, suddenly everyone was screaming. I was wondering what happen when I saw the bird. I scream. It was my first reaction. Then another bird escape. I wasn't so scared after I saw the first bird. Birds have sharp senses. When my hands have not even touch them, their eyes would look at me. So, when the second bird that escape was going back into the enclosure I managed to touch its feathers. It was very soft. I had fun that day.
ReplyDeleteThe trip is enjoyable and it is good time to mixed around with my best friends.Iget to see different type of flightless birds.I get even to feed the parrot.The parrot was so hungry that they fight for it.I hope that we can go to this kind of excursion again.
ReplyDeleteAn interesting incident is that I got the opportunity to learn more about the birds in the Jurung Bird Park. I also got the chance to learn that birds need to adapt to survive and cope with physical factors at their habitat. I also got to feed the birds. It made happy that I got the chance to go to the bird park with my friends. It was an amazing experience.
ReplyDeletewhen i m feeding the bird halfway and the bird flew away , I love to go to the Jurong bird park tohave an experience of the name of the birds and types of the birds . The most exciting part is the show in the bird park I wish to go to the Jurong bird park again to watch the nice performances again and to go to the shops in the jurong bird park and I wish to buy something from the shop in jurong bird park .
ReplyDeleteThe most interesting incident that happen during that trip was when i feed the birds....it was so fun there:) when i first step into it.....me and Cheryl was screaming like hell!! We decided to feed the birds there so we bought the food or something like that then we started feeding the birds:) We were so excited!! We started feeding the birds…..it was so fun. Actually I was quite scared it would bite me but slowly the fear was gone….One day I must go back there with my friends!!
ReplyDeleteThe most interesting time i had was went i am feeding the birds!!! Their feathers is beautiful and whenever i feed a bird,the bird beside it will always find a space to eat. And when the birds is eating, they will always fick the food on me... DISGUISTING!!!!!! Anyways, i hope to go there again!!! With my class!!! :)
ReplyDeleteHI!!!!! i had gone to the bird park and i found it is very interesting as i can feed the birds there. i found that the bird is very colourfull but some times it scares me as it keep flying ever where across me. the only thing that i do not like is the things there, is very expensive.My friends mother had bought some food to give us and we can walk and eat during the jorney. i am very happy that day!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThe most interesting incident happened during the trip was feeding the birds. But when Eugenia and I were feeding them, we were so scared that we were screaming. But feeding the birds was a lot of fun!!! When Eugenia and I cross the bridge to the other side, we were screaming because at the bottom of the bridge was just the trees and when we look down we felt scared and we scream At first I was scared feeding the birds but now my fear has so called overcome. Ha ha but don’t know next time when I go there I will be scared……
ReplyDeleteThe bird park trip was memorable for me.i had a wonderful time there.one incident that happened to me there was when we were allowed to feed the parrots.i was very scared at first that i kept shouting at the top of my lungs.The flapping of the bird'S wing was unforgetable.but at last,i managed to pluck up my courage to feed the parrots.i had a great time there.also,the souvenier shops sold many different things.What a day!!!
ReplyDeleteOne interesting thing about the learning journey at the Jurong Bird Park was when I saw birds that I have never seen before. There is something called the cassowary. There are three types I think. Double wattle, whatever etc. We also saw some big birds, I and my friends saw a feather on the floor, we took it up and played with it. Although it was kind of childish, it was fun. We also fed some birds at the bird park. The birds made so much noise. I could not believe that small birds make such a loud noise. One of my friend also drop a pen into one of the enclosures. The birds thought it was food and had the intention of eating it.

Ostrich.These birds have sharp claws to protect themselves from predators.After learning about these wonderful birds,we continued to explore the HUGE BP.We saw the magnificent parrot,the beautiful
owl and more.After the whole trip, we were exhausted but happy to the maxxxxxxx...
The trip was very interesting and it was enjoyable. i had a good time at the park.Icould see alot of flightless birds and learn more about it.I hope to go there again.
ReplyDeleteMany things have happened in my life. However, I only remember some. I was walking into an enclosure with five of my friends when I heard people screaming. A pigeon came out of the fence. Many of the girls were frightened and they ran away from the pigeon. All of them cramped at a corner. When the pigeon came towards them, they all ran away. As they were running away, one of them accidentally pushed one of my friend, Yong Fang. She fell backwards and her elbow hit the floor. Her elbow did not bleed. However, there were some bruises. After that, Angela helped Yong Fang up.

That day, when we were there, somebody attracted the bird out the cage. We shouted and I think we scared it making it running towards us. Then, everyone were so scared that they run about everywhere and all of us were crammed at the doors. Suddenly, a bird came flying out from the cage. Everyone ran about from the frist door to the second door. But in the process of it, everyone pushed and shoved and somebody accidentally pushed me and made me fall down. I was not hurt and brusies on my arm. But I would not blame the person who made me fall down as it was just an accident. i had a good time at the Jurong Bird Park. :) I had a wonderful day at the Jurong Bird Park but there would always be an incident which will always be stuck in my mind. ReplyDeleteOn the day of the excursion we first went to the section of the flightless birds which we first saw the ostriches one of my classmates purposely drop his green pen into the ostrich's pen, I was scared that the ostrich might eat but fortunately it only pecked it so that was the only thing that happened on that day.

ReplyDeletewalking into the victoria pigeon enclosure, one of them came out hte fence. Everyone was fightened especially the girls, of course I was'nt one of them.
when girls were running out the enclosure, they pushed my friend,yong fang,down. falling backwards, she hit her elbow to the floor. with the help of angela, yong fang got up as good as new.
The most interesting thing that happened at the Bird Park was when we were feeding the birds. They were so colorful; some of us even fed the birds. Josie even chased Amanda with a parrot on her hand, it was damn funny!
ReplyDeleteAfter that, we went to the stadium to catch the Bird Show. Sadly, we were too late, and could only listen to one of the workers telling everyone about the exclusive offers at the Gift Shop. We were quite disappointed, but then, two clowns appeared out of the blue. Mr. Danny took a class photo of us with the two clowns. It was a great field trip and I hope there will be more field trips for us after PSLE.
That day was fun! After My class and I when to the Jurong Bird Park.We took a bus to the Bird Park,

When we reached the bird park, we saw many tourist , we started touring around the bird park.
We saw many birds like the Hornbills , Rheas , Cassowary and even colourful parrots.
When we were about to leave, my friend had a leg cramp because
she was chase by a Vitorian Pigeon (Name of the Bird)
My friends and I helped her to move.Then we took a class photo.
When we were on the way back,it started to rain.
Finally we made it back to school then we have another class photo.
That day was a fun day!
This is a interesting trip to Jurong Bird Park with my class!

when Xuan lin and i went to 'The World Of Darkness" xuan lin scream, but she did not scream very loud, she just very scared!
I think she afraid of those scary birds ...?????

I paid three dollars to get the bird food from the stall person, and then I went to the place where there was a lot of birds.I was holding my bird food when I slower walk to them as it was the first time I am feeding a bird then out of a sudden a bird flew pass me I was very scared then I spilled the bird food at the floor. After awhile I was ready to feed the bird again but I was still scared I ask Joise to teach me how to feed the bird as she have two parrot at her house and she told me to put my arm near the bar, then she started chasing me with a bird on the bird food. After that I feed the bird then Mr.Danny said that we only have two more minutes left to feed the bird, then another bird wanted to eat the food that I am holding. But the bird that I am feeding would not let it eat. Then after that, Allysia,Winnie and me bought Ben and Jerry ice-cream and we slower eat it, back at school Eugenia wanted to take a photo of Mr.Danny but was caught. Mr.Danny then take Eugenia's camera and look at the photos and deleted the photos but Mr.Danny then look at the other photos and saw a lot of his pictures and he started deleting it.

ReplyDeleteI learn that alot of bird is close to extinction.I finally realise that a double wattle cassorwary is more aggresive than the single one.I felt very insulted when i stand beside
the two person.
I saw some birds came out of its cage when we were opening the door.Everyone was sreaming and pushing one another as we wanted to get out.Some of my classmates were trying to get the birds back into the cage. We will making lots of noise talking to each other when one of the bird came out.When we pushing one another, Yong Fang fell onto the floor.She injured her elbow but she was ok.After that, we went out of the enclosure and went to the bird show but it actually ended the moment we reached.When we were waiting for the bus to arrived,Amanda,Winnie and me went to bought Ben and Jerry ice-cream to eat.

ReplyDeleteThe most fun part is when we finish all the learning, because we go to the place we wanted as some boy and I go and play with some girl. The thing I was scare was when one of the bird in a place came out .Mr danny did not take a photo of me as I keep walking so fast. The thing I hate the most is the bird fasces that is so smell. When we are going back we have a class photo. We are so lucky that it rain after the shot.
